Job Description:
Providing ongoing and daily operations support for alternative products across all aspects of the post trade lifecycle – trade support, settlements, reconciliations and documentation services
Supporting audit and regulatory filing involving FCA and maintaining policies and procedures
Facilitating the set-up of accounts with administrators, prime brokers and custodians
Assisting in responding to inquiries and requests from external auditors for the production of firm’s financial statements
Assisting with the set of traders
Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of trade data and records
Facilitating, monitoring, reviewing and improving operational processes on a continuous basis to increase efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
- Banking/finance background
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to communicate well
- Must be well organised and have the ability to prioritise task

Salary: £30,000.00 /year
