About CF Global

OUR CLIENTS

Our clients are asset managers, pension funds, hedge funds and family offices across the globe with AUM ranging from $50m to $50 billion. CF works on behalf of many leading global investment managers operating Long Only, Long/Short, Global, Macro and Emerging Market strategies. Some clients want a fully outsourced solution, while others deploy a hybrid model with a central dealing desk partnering with CF Global in regions where they don't have live desks.

OUR HISTORY

Scott Chace and Robert Fleming founded CF Global Trading in 2000 to offer outsourced trading services to startup funds. Scott ran Asian trading for Julian Robertson’s Tiger Management in New York and Robert headed up Sales Trading for ING Barings Hong Kong. Twenty years on, our client mix is more evenly spread between new funds and established asset managers. Some of our first customers are still with us today.

ADDRESS REGULATION

Funds ask: ‘Do we have the expertise in-house to create, implement, monitor and update our own best execution process that lets us evidence best execution to clients and regulators, consistently and over time?   Partnership with CF Global answers that question, giving fund clients a high-level strategy and consistent process around trading and trade monitoring. Broker-neutral TCA in an active feedback loop. MiFID II RTS 28 and transaction reporting. Clear separation of payment for trading from payment for research.

TRUST

Our asset management clients continue to deal with us based on trust built over many years.   Data-driven analysis and transparency now underpin these long-term relationships. We are committed to true partnership – we get paid only when we trade, and our clients carry no fixed cost.

Our trading and operations professionals bring decades of cross-border expertise and a deep understanding of local markets.
